Through our sister company, Blue Bamboo Consulting, we deliver high quality training & coaching to our consultant and support teams – providing a level of support that is rarely found in other recruitment businesses. This allows our people to develop their knowledge, skills and behaviours to ensure that they (and the whole business) get the results they want.

£££ - Remuneration Policy
Our people are remunerated in line with their billings & leadership responsibilities. Reward closely correlates to their individual contribution to the business. Individually our current team earn from £25k to £120k+ per annum.
Our preference is to promote from within - all of our leadership team joined us in more junior roles. Others have gone on to be ‘super-billers’ as Principal Consultants. All targets are set in consultation - not imposed from above. Feedback from new joiners is that our Induction Programme is well crafted, ensuring our new joiners will come up to speed quickly.
We operate a ‘by invitation’ long-term share scheme to reward those key contributors to our business both now and into the future.
Our Infrastructure/Marketing
We continue to invest heavily in our infrastructure, including the working environment, recruitment software, IT and marketing. In Nov 2010 we re-branded our corporate image and upgraded our website www.langleysearch.com. We invest in developing our presence on social networking sites including LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook and use them extensively for candidate and client attraction.
Our Back Office Team
We have a professional, dedicated admin and customer service support team who ensure that our interaction with clients and candidates is seamless and professional, allowing our billing teams to focus on just that – billing!
