Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Define and drive Procurement's international transformation strategy to support global expansion.
Data-Driven Growth: Leverage advanced analytics and data visualisation to identify new sourcing opportunities and business models.
Supplier Management: Build and manage relationships with key business partners and suppliers to secure best-in-class solutions.
Technology Implementation: Enhance the end-user experience by introducing innovative tools and automating procurement processes.
Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with internal teams to execute strategic initiatives that drive cost savings and operational improvements.
Performance Metrics: Develop and track KPIs to measure the success of defined programs and initiatives.
RFI/RFQ/RFP Oversight: Lead procurement processes to select suppliers that align with business objectives.
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Multiple years of strategic sourcing experience, ideally with a global or tech-focused organisation.
Proficiency in advanced analytics and data visualisation tools.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Proven track record of driving cost savings, operational efficiency, and productivity improvements.
Experience in the fintech or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors.
Knowledge of emerging technologies and their application in procurement.
