The successful candidate will work collaboratively with other team members, taking charge of key relationships and global areas of spend to ensure compliance with the organization's procurement policies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic procurement sourcing projects in categories including real estate, facilities management, and technology.

  • Manage key relationships and global areas of spend.

  • Negotiate commercial and contract terms with suppliers.

  • Ensure compliance with the organisation's global procurement policies.

  • Act as a procurement subject matter expert, collaborating with the procurement team and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of procurement best practices, with a focus on real estate, facilities, and technology categories.

  • Experience in identifying and delivering cost savings.

  • Proven track record in leading complex global real estate procurement projects.

  • Ability to negotiate supplier contracts and manage challenging stakeholders.

  • Experience presenting to senior leadership teams.
