Position Overview
As a Sourcing Specialist, you will be a vital member of the Sourcing and Procurement Team, playing a decisive role in shaping the company's economic footprint in the EMEA region. You will utilise your meticulous skills compliance with company norms, risk administration, and Sourcing/Category aptitude to manage third-party expenditures.
Responsibilities
Strategically manage an array of spend categories including Corporate services, Professional Services, and Marketing
Offer commercial support and insights to multiple stakeholders across various in-house businesses
Lead supplier negotiations and build influential sourcing strategies
Contribute effective solutions addressing key stakeholder needs
Analyse complex data, consolidate and develop influencing sourcing opportunities
Research and apply market knowledge to optimise value for stakeholders
Requirements
A robust background in procurement in a multinational environment, ideally in Media or FMCG industry
Expertise in indirect procurement across Supply Chain
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional Suite and Ariba
Degree in any related discipline like Finance, Business, or Economics
Strong understanding of Finance, cost analysis, and procurement contract legalities
Fluent in English and preferably, another EMEA language
