Interim Category Manager – Construction, Property, Estates, FM opportunity, rate negotiable (inside IR35), London based client (currently 2 days per week in office), 12 month assignment.
My client, collaborative and forward-thinking Public Sector organisation, are currently recruiting for an interim Procurement professional to deliver innovative commercial / category strategies and tendering / sourcing activities for major Construction, Property and FM programmes.
Key Candidate Criteria:-
The successful candidate will ideally bring a blend of the following:-
Construction / Property / Facilities Management (FM) related procurement / category management experience. JCT / NEC forms of contract experience is desirable
Experience of contracting utilising the Public Sector procurement rules PCR2015 / OJEU / Procurement Act is essential
Great senior stakeholder relationship engagement skills / business partnering approach
Team Leadership / management experience is desirable
